Description:
Evaluates and treats and re-evaluates outpatients to meet the established Standard of Care. Educates internal and external customers. Directly supervises the clinical work of physical therapist assistant and keeps the supervisor and managers informed. Collaborates scheduling of outpatient caseload in conjunction with Supervisor. Makes recommendations for services outside of the discipline. Records statistical information for department. Supervises students. Informs customers of services offered. Participates in the interdisciplinary patient/ member teaching process. Demonstrates the ability to identify what the patient’s/ members educational needs are. Assesses, organizes and implements FOTO outcome tool and results into professional practice.
Requirements:
Must meet professional entry level educational requirements from an accredited physical therapy program. NJ State licensure and CPR certification required.
***Premium bonus rate for per diems until August 31, 2011, minimum of two shifts per week commitment.***
