Description:
The Director of Patient Care is responsible for assisting the Patient care Service Executive Council in defining, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the philosophy and objectives for their designated areas to ensure the optimal delivery of care and services to all patients in an environment that promotes professional development and continues to assure financial viability. The primary goal is the delivery of competent, efficient and cost-effective care. This position is responsible for the STCF unit and F5,voluntary unit.
Requirements:
Current NJ RN license.
Current BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider
Minimum one (1) year of experience in Behavioral Health Clinical and Ambulatory Care Services required
Bachelors Degree Required
Master's Degree preferred
Goal and outcome oriented
Leadership and Management Experience required
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skils required
