Description:
Responsible for the day to day operations of a busy 8 room multi-specialty Operating Room suite. Must have excellent organizational,communication,team-building and customer service skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced ambulatory environment. Ability to recruit and retain surgeons. Will also be responsible for updating policies and procedures as necessary in addition to preparation for State and Federal regulatory inspections. Participation in Patient,Physician and Employee satisfaction initiatives will be required.
NJ nursing license, BLS and a minimum of 5 years OR management experience in required.
AORN certification preferred.
