Description:
Candidate must be a Certified Home Health Aide, with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous work experience in a home care setting preferred. Individual is responsible for providing personal care services within the guidelines of the Interdisciplinary Team Care Plan to patients enrolled in Barnabas Health Hospice and Palliative Care Center's program. Candidate will be expected to communicate with patients, families, clinical and non-clinical staff, and hospital or facility personnel. Valid HHA license required. Reliable transportation is a MUST.
