Description:
The Operations Director of the Cancer Center will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Cancer Center . This will be accomplished by working collaboratively with the Medical Director of the Cancer Center and Medical Oncologist to design and implement clinical and administrative processes that support the overall operations of the Cancer Center . In addition, the Operations Director will ensure that all services offered in the Cancer Center are based on the most current best practices by monitoring the field of Oncology.
Requirements:
Bachelor of science in nursing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of Oncology nursing experience, and 3-5 years of progressive healthcare management experience required.
Current New Jersey RN licensure required.
BLS certification required.
IV and chemotherapy certification required.
