Description:
To provide occupational therapy services for clients on the Home Health Program. Responsible for instruction and follow through with primary VN, Home Health Aide or caring person in the home, consultation to physical therapists, speech therapists and registered nurses. Responsible for equipment used in performing occupational therapy.
Registered in the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Graduate of a program in Occupational Therapy approved by the Council on Medical Education of American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Association.
One year experience in physical disabilities area of occupational therapy.
